What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, message and – if you provide them – company, phone, type of project and approximate budget. We also record the page you wrote from and the page language.
Why and on what basis
We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering a message we received.
Where the data is and for how long
The message is stored in the website system and sent to our email address. We keep it for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, then delete it. We do not sell the data or pass it on to third parties, except to the hosting and email provider that processes it on our behalf.
Cookies and visit measurement
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your choice of dark or light appearance. To protect the form from abuse, an encrypted marker of your IP address is kept for one hour. The hosting provider may log technical access data for security reasons.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing or request data portability. Write to info@bma-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
